Theatre Bookings Officer
- Theatre Reception
- Permanent Part Time 0.8 FTE

We are seeking to recruit a motivated and dynamic team member for our Theatre Bookings area. If you are passionate about providing service excellence and patient care with proven ability in flexibility compassion and initiative we want to hear from you.
About the role:
- Create all surgical and medical bookings
- Manage all sleep study bookings and communication
- Generate and confirm accuracy of all theatre lists and bookings
- Maintain theatre diary and theatre scheduled in patient management system
- Liaise with VMO and their rooms
- Liaise with patients
- Ensure all theatre times and CMBS are entered accordingly
- Work closely with our other administration teams
- Administrative support to the Perioperative Services Manager
- ADHOC tasks as requested by Administration Manager and or Administration Team Leader
