Job Description
Status: Part Time Hourly
FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt
Summary of the Position: Clinical Supervisor is responsible for providing clinical oversight and leadership across various behavioral health programs. The role ensures that all clinical services are delivered in accordance to contractual guidelines regulatory standards and best practices. Clinical Supervisor supports and supervises direct service staff and/or interns ensuring high-quality care professional development and compliance with documentation and performance standards.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Masters degree in social work psychology counseling or related human services field.
- FL State License/Certification as required. Licensed Clinical Social Worker Licensed Mental Health Counselors or similar.
- Minimum of 1 year of full-time post graduate experience in provision of mental health direct services.
- Strong knowledge of clinical supervision models documentation standards and evidence based practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills. Knowledge with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems is a plus.
- Position requires reliable transportation valid drivers license and current auto insurance coverage.
- Bilingual/Spanish speaking is a plus.
