University Home Care is currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides to join our team in New Haven MI. As a Home Health Aide you will be responsible for providing personalized care to patients in their homes assisting with daily living activities and serving as a crucial part of their healthcare team.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with personal care tasks such as bathing grooming and dressing.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients.
- Medication reminders
- Assist with meal preparation and household chores.
Requirements
- Driver license and own transportation
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
