In this role you will be working as a Manufacturing Service Coordinator for a client that works in the machine manufacturing industry. This position is responsible for helping work with customers and the service team to make sure that scheduling work orders and relationships are completed efficiently timely and with a great deal of care.
This is a direct hire role that must be performed on-site.
Job Requirements:
- 3 years of customer service skills
- Experience working at an OEM company is the preference
- Ability to harbor excellent relationships with clients
- Ability to answer and triage level 1 service calls
- Ability to work with a trouble ticket system (Jira is preferred but not required)
- Experience collaborating with the service team to close out tickets efficiently
- Experience collaborating and scheduling field service appointments
- SAP Sales Order Management
- Ability to work with the service team to provide estimates/quotations for field service projects
- Create sales orders in SAP
- Strong customer communication skills
