Network Support Manager

The Opportunity:
This role sits within the Enablement Chapter where we drive operational and financial effectiveness in Global Procurement by advancing talent growth and development delivering actionable insights fostering high engagement and ensuring robust performance management. Our team is dedicated to enabling better outcomes and providing comprehensive support to GP leadership and chapters.
As a Network Support Manager you will manage and oversee the operation of 2-4 networks. Reporting directly to the Performance Lead this position is part of a small team consisting of other Network Support Managers. The primary collaboration will be with the Network Leads responsible for the networks you support.
You will play a key role in facilitating the decision-making process and portfolio management. You will support various activities according to your experience knowledge and general requirements with the aim of achieving the following goals:
Develop and Deliver Network Plans: Collaborate with the core team to create and execute network portfolios that meet strategic targets including planning tracking and managing KPIs through annual Portfolio Build sessions.
Establish and oversee Savings Pipeline: Assist in the annual savings pipeline development and entry in the tracking tool and manage monthly progress against goal.
Optimize Resource Allocation and Capacity Management: Ensure compliance in updating resource capacity information on and conduct regular reviews (quarterly or bi-annual) for optimal performance and necessary plan adjustments.
Enhance Cross-Network Collaboration: Leading the facilitation of bi-weekly network leaders calls by building meaningful agendas around current topics
Global Procurement Leadership Board (GPLB) Deep-Dives: Organize facilitate and participate in bi-annual GPLB discussions to align strategies roadmaps and new initiatives across networks.
Strengthen Performance Management and Reporting: Manage agendas and present performance data in bi-weekly core team meetings while supporting the Savings Champion by linking portfolio plans with Per Angusta pipelines and leading communication efforts such as newsletters and town hall meetings.
Prepare and Support Cross-Network Processes: Prepare and support cross-network processes including extended GPLB inputs and promoting standardized processes across networks.
You will work closely with other team members to align on requirements develop validate and deploy services solutions and frameworks to the broader procurement function.
Who you are:
You hold a university degree preferably in business or life science.
You have 5 years of procurement supply chain or management consulting experience.
You demonstrate curiosity active listening and a willingness to experiment and test new ideas when appropriate with the focus very much on continuous learning and improvement.
You are open-minded and inclusive generously sharing ideas and knowledge while being receptive to ideas and feedback from others.
You are fluent in English to a Business level.
