The team

The team provides administrative support to both our Audit & Assurance and Financial Reporting & Corporate Advisory teams. This involves providing necessary assistance to ensure deadlines are met and the end-to-end client service experience is delivered in line with AFSs client first focus.

The role

As a Client Service Administrator you will:

  • Collaborate with the team to ensure client deliverables are completed.
  • Schedule meetings appointments and trainings.
  • Generate draft documents using the firms software and document management systems.
  • Assist with the submission of half yearly and year end reports with ASIC.
  • Make travel arrangements for Audit and Assurance and Financial Reporting and Corporate Advisory visits.
  • Organise reimbursement for team member travel expenses.
  • Review and format reports prepared by the Audit & Assurance and Financial Reporting & Corporate Advisory teams.
  • Assist the wider team with various administrative tasks.
  • Exhibit strong professional communication skills in all interactions.
  • Be a point of contact and provide professional assistance to our clients.

About you

The successful candidate will be:

  • Able to prioritise work duties and meet deadlines whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Proactive owning their work and contributing to the team.
  • Motivated to learn.
  • Committed to quality customer service.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Able to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels both verbally and written.
  • Familiar with document control duties/tasks (preferred but not essential).
