Join Suncorp Group as a Product Design Specialist where youll lead the design and delivery of cutting-edge propositions across our Consumer Insurance portfolio. This is your opportunity to drive prevention and protection outcomes through innovation data and digital technology all while contributing to safer roads and a better customer experience.
What Youll Do
- Lead the design and rollout of new customer propositions in our Motor Insurance portfolio
- Use design thinking and customer research to validate new concepts and create engaging user-focused experiences
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Digital Claims Marketing Distribution and external partners
- Use mobility data to inform safety innovations and guide feature development
- Deliver data-led insights and communicate the value of new product ideas from desirability feasibility and viability perspectives
- Play a key role in shaping the future roadmap for Motor Insurance at Suncorp
What Youll Bring
- Experience in product design innovation or development (5 years preferred) ideally within insurance or financial services
- Strong design thinking capabilities and a passion for improving customer experience
- Proven success working cross-functionally and managing diverse stakeholder groups
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data to inform strategic decisions
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business Marketing Design Innovation or related disciplines (desirable)
