R.J. Kielty Plumbing Heating and Cooling has proudly served Florida communities for over 50 years. With locations in New Port Richey Brandon and Orlando were a stable and growing company seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and perform complete HVAC system installations
- Coordinate tasks and delegate responsibilities to helper or junior installers
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications
- Ensure all work is code-compliant and meets company quality standards
- Communicate clearly with project managers customers and teammates
- Maintain clean safe and organized job sites and company vehicles
- Monitor job progress address challenges and keep projects on schedule
- Represent the company with professionalism at all times
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of HVAC installation experience minimum preferred
- Ability to read and work from blueprints and technical drawings
- Own tools required for installation work
- Valid Florida drivers license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Professional appearance and communication skills
Preferred but not required:
- EPA Certification
- Experience troubleshooting and diagnosing HVAC systems
Compensation and Benefits:
