THE OPPORTUNITY
Sr. Digital Art Director

The Senior Digital Art Director applies their years of design and art directions skills to provide outstanding creative solutions that represent our Agencys brands effectively in the marketplace. Your experience and familiarity with specific software and best practices in digital spaces will contribute to the maintenance and growth of a strong mutually profitable client/agency relationship.
In this role you will
- Be a strong digital Art Director with solid fundamentals of typography photography color composition.
- Originate fresh innovative creative ideas in a timely manner at all budget levels.
- Focus on the Lincoln Access Rewards and Certified Pre-Owned portions of the business.
- May work on cross-channel projects with creatives in both Detroit and New York campuses.
- Translate ideas across variousmedia with a focus on digital channels.
- Ensure the quality of work produced is in line with agency and client expectations.
- Work with all departments in a collaborative mutually respectful manner.
- Maintain and support all company standards.
- Be nimble and flexible performing other related duties and projects as assigned.
You have
- An expert knowledge of the Adobe Suite Programs (i.e. Illustrator Photoshop and InDesign etc.).
- An ability to professionally engage with and take criticism from clients.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to persuade.
- Exceptional skills in user experience and content strategy.
- A fast-paced learner who is passionate about the advertising industry.
- An strong portfolio that showcases conceptual abilities.
- The desire and ability to work collaboratively with a small team.
- A discerning eye to be able to bring luxury brands to life visually.
- Have an understanding of SEO & web accessibility.
- A Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- The physical and mental requirements to meet the above listed job responsibilities.
- Meet WPP guidelines to travel to photo/video shoots.
- The ability to work in-office at our Detroit location.
It would be helpful if you have
- Knowledge of the Figma design platform a plus.
- Prior experience in business loyalty and customer retention programs.
- Experience in pre-owned vehicle sales.
- Evident understanding of video and photo editing programs helpful.
- Experience with automobile or luxury/premium brands.
The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors including location business needs level of responsibility experience and qualifications. $60000 - $140000 USD
