A reputable partner hospital in Statesville North Carolina is seeking a passionate and dedicated Associate Veterinarian to join its progressive tight-knit team. This state-of-the-art facility is equipped with ultrasound digital x-rays endoscopy and full in-house labs offering comprehensive veterinary services for dogs cats pocket pets and exotics.
This practice prides itself on building strong long-lasting relationships with patients and the local community all within a Fear-Free environment that promotes wellness for both pets and team members.
Provide relationship-based compassionate care to clients and patients
Collaborate with leadership and the clinical team to ensure optimal care
Support and mentor team development through the LevelUp training program
Manage a diverse caseload including general wellness diagnostics and surgeries
Engage with the Statesville community and build strong client relationships
Foster a positive team-oriented workplace culture
DVM or VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited program (or ECFVG/PAVE equivalent)
Active North Carolina veterinary license (or eligibility to obtain)
Clinical proficiency in diagnostics surgery and general care
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Collaborative compassionate and team-focused
