Youll lead integrated marketing initiatives supporting our consumer safety products and policy messaging. You will be responsible for both spearheading campaigns that drive awareness engagement and trust with parents and policymakers while supporting the extensive civility initiatives across the globe.
Youll partner strongly with Product Marketing and collaborate cross-functionally (and externally) to deliver the content you oversee. We expect you to be able to both ensure a high bar of quality in the messaging and content while also moving at the speed of social conversation about Roblox.
This role is based in San Mateo and will report to the Head of Integrated Marketing.
You will:
Lead integrated marketing execution and strategy for safety efforts
- Drive marketing strategy and execution for new product launches awareness goaled outbound initiatives and seasonal work targeting users parents and policymakers.
- Build messaging frameworks value propositions and positioning that resonate with families parents and individual consumers concerned with personal and community safety.
- Develop and manage marketing plans across owned earned and paid media channels.
- Co-Lead large XFN teams responsible for execution and implementation of our Safety content and activations.
Partner with safety organizations and nonprofits
- Build and manage relationships with public safety organizations nonprofits and advocacy groups.
- Support educational campaigns and joint initiatives to raise awareness around key safety issues.
Execute cross-channel marketing campaigns
- Launch digital social email influencer and grassroots campaigns designed to inform and empower our constituencies.
- Support earned media thought leadership and PR strategy around safety topics and campaign milestones.
- Work with Product Design and Analytics to continuously improve messaging creative and conversion across all consumer touchpoints.
- Leverage testimonials user stories and educational content to drive product trust and brand loyalty.
You have:
- 8 years of B2C integrated marketing experience ideally in consumer tech brands with a focus on user safety.
- Experience building and executing cross-channel campaigns including social media paid organic efforts local and global content.
- Proven success working with or alongside safety organizations government agencies or advocacy groups.
- Excellent relationship-building and storytelling skills to connect product innovation to consumer needs.
- Strong organizational and project management skills; able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
