The Case Manager plays a key role in managing complaints and allegations of misconduct across Conduct and Integrity functions according to the Universitys policies and procedures. This role is notionally assigned to the Research Integrity stream but may assist the wider Conduct and Integrity functions as needed.
This is a parental leave cover until July 2026. This role has no direct report.
Responsibilities:
This role is what is referred as broadbanded which means it sits across two different levels depending on the ownership and complexity of the tasks and the persons experience.

Who You Are:
You could be an experienced complaint handler paralegal someone who is passionate about contributing to a culture of responsible conduct of research and would like to apply your skills and experience in a new way. You have the following skills and experience:
For a level 6
For a level 7
In addition to the above points you will need substantial experience working on complex case and complaint management and working on investigations.

Working hours are Monday to Friday business hours. The team works on a hybrid basis (3 days home/2 days in the office at Sydney UNSW Campus)
