HELP WANTED BDC Representative (Full-Time)
Toms Ford Keyport NJ
Are you an outgoing energetic and people-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment Toms Ford is looking for a motivated and personable BDC (Business Development Center) Representative to join our growing team!
What Youll Do:
Answer inbound sales inquiries via phone email and text
Make outbound calls to follow up with leads and schedule appointments
Provide outstanding customer service and build rapport with clients
Work closely with the sales team to coordinate customer visits and ensure follow-through
Who You Are:
A people person with excellent communication skills
Comfortable on the phone and upbeat in every interaction
Organized detail-oriented and able to multitask
A team player who brings positive energy to the workplace
Prior BDC or customer service experience is a plus (but not required well train the right person!)
