As a Senior Art Director at Roblox you will be part of a multidisciplinary creative team responsible for bringing the Roblox brand to life through innovative and scalable creative solutions. You Will:
- Concept develop and craft ideas across mediums including mobile social film interactive content brand activations OOH print experiential and events.
- You will partner with a copywriter and develop creative concepts for a range of projects across both traditional and digital channels
- Meticulously coordinate projects ensuring high-quality visual design and conceptual ideas that optimally convey brand or product narratives.
- Present creative concepts clearly and persuasively to internal teams and partners building alignment and fostering consensus.
- Collaborate across a cross-functional environment working closely with copywriters designers engineers product designers and producers.
- Demonstrate autonomy taking initiative to lead projects while ensuring alignment with brand and business objectives.
- Present ideas and campaign concepts to internal partners incorporating feedback while maintaining creative integrity.
- Run projects through the entire production lifecycle from initial concept to final implementation ensuring all creative meets Robloxs quality standards brand guidelines and timeline expectations
You Have:
- 7 years of experience ideally within in-house creative teams or advertising agencies.
- A portfolio demonstrating art direction and visual storytelling skills with examples of both conceptual thinking and final execution across diverse mediums.
- Hands-on experience across the creative process marketing campaigns graphic design and brand development.
- Expertise with Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment and manage multiple projects under deadlines.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present explain and advocate for creative ideas across internal teams and leadership.
- A thoughtful resilient mindset embracing iteration and feedback as part of the creative process.
- The ability to work independently when needed optimally managing timelines deliverables and input from partners and stakeholders
