Electrical Trainer
Location: Malton North Yorkshire
Salary: 29000 - 40000 (depending on qualifications & experience)
Hours: 9-day fortnight (enjoy two long weekends every month!)
Must Have: Right to work in the UK full driving license & own transport

A well-respected engineering training provider in North Yorkshire is seeking an Electrical Trainer to deliver key apprenticeship units including:
Electrical and Electronics Principles Level 3
Application and Principles of PLCs Level 3
Assembling and Testing Programmable Controller Based Systems Level 2
Assembling and Testing Electronic Circuits Level 2
Possibly Mechatronics Level 4 (not essential but a bonus!)
What Youll Be Doing:
Deliver engaging practical training sessions to apprentices in a state-of-the-art facility
Support learners working towards their electrical apprenticeship qualifications
Mentor and guide apprentices to develop strong technical and industry-relevant skills
Work with a structured day-release programme designed to meet industry standards and safety regulations
What Were Looking For:
Solid experience in electrical engineering ideally with hands-on exposure to PLCs and electronic circuit assembly
Passion for teaching coaching and inspiring apprenticestraining experience is a plus but not essential (full training can be provided!)
Excellent communication and mentoring skills to help apprentices thrive
A recognised electrical or engineering qualification (NVQ BTEC or equivalent)
Ability to drive and commute to Malton training centre (full UK driving licence & own transport required)
