What will you be doing you ask
The purpose of this position provides an oversight for contract management activities on our Fluor project. This role ensures through assigned contract administrators compliance with all statutes regulations and contract terms and conditions.
General Tasks/Duties include:
Develop project contract templates
Development & Issue of Tender documents for ECI through to Construction contracts
Development and issue of BPRs
Evaluate Budget Quotation Pricing and develop pricing summaries to support DPS Estimate
Contract Administration of ECI packages
Evaluate ECI deliverables in the development and negotiation of Construction contracts
Support PCM with development of Contracting Strategy Plan & general reporting requirements
Tender Award and administration of assigned Contract PackagesNow what does this role mean to us
