Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience as an HR Business Partner or equivalent role
- Experience in developing and driving talent management and full employee lifecycle HR activities within Organizational Development Learning & Talent Solutions Talent Acquisition Total Rewards Diversity Equity & Inclusion Employee Relations and Labor Relations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to synthesize complex data and develop innovative solutions with a focus on balancing priorities
- Possess consultancy influencing and problem-solving skills while collaborating effectively with senior executives
Education:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

The hiring range for this position in Burbank CA is $137100.00 to $167500.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidates geographic region job-related knowledge skills and experience among other factors.
