Large regional midwest employer seeks to hire a BE/BC Family Medicine physician to join the team in Fort Wayne Indiana.
Specifics of The Role
- Full-time position
- 36 patient contact hours per week with 4 hours of dedicated administrative time
- Flexible hours to accommodate work life balance
- 6 weeks of vacation annually

- Clinical support consists of RN LPN and Medical Assistants.

- Fully integrated EMR system
- Monday-Fridayfrom8am 5pm
- With the potential for extended hours
- Opportunity for 4- or 5-day work week
- Rotating call: 1:30
- Supervise Advanced Practice Providers
