Description

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:

Responsible for receiving assessing and executing requests from NCM reps.

Maintains high-level contact and rapport with the Branch Office and Reps to ensure repeat business.

Coordinates reservations and arrangements for players working with NCM reps.

Works with the Casino Marketing team to promote Family Style Service for all guests.

Maintains all contracts with reps and ensures we comply with audit and Regulatory Compliance.

Arranges packets for the arrival of NCM guests; meets and welcomes incoming groups and individuals.

Assists with all NCM sales initiatives and greets VIP guests via RTCM.

Responsible for scheduling transportation (incoming and outgoing) for guest arrival including UBER when applicable.

Assists the Marketing & Promotions team with Special Events (slot tournaments VIP events etc.).

Responds to and consistently meets the needs of guests.

Provide client/customer feedback to enhance service levels and increase revenues.

Identifies ways to increase efficiencies or improve products or services.

Clearly communicates programs/services to necessary people seeks their support and keeps them informed of changes that may impact the business.

Must be knowledgeable of all happenings on the property and in the market.

Complies with and upholds company expectations including Code of Commitment policies procedures industry regulations department goals and business strategy.

Presents oneself as a credit to the Company and encourages others to do the same.

Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

College degree preferred.

Minimum of 1 year of demonstrated experience in customer service preference given to related fields such as hospitality business services gaming marketing services advertising or sales.

Ability to communicate across all levels of the organization and within the sales process.

Good oral and written communication skills including tact when dealing with difficult customers.

PHYSICAL MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:

Must be fluent and literate in English.

Ability to think independently in making decisions to maximize customer service experience and program profitability.

Ability to effectively manage time and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.

Must be proficient with customer contact systems.

Must be able to listen and respond to visual and aural cues.

Must have a systematic and process-oriented mindset to ensure seamless end-to-end customer experiences.

Excellent interpersonal skills and organizational ability.

Must be proficient in Excel Word PowerPoint Access and Microsoft Outlook.

Ability to respond calmly and make rational decisions in stressful situations with co-workers guests and vendors.

Ability to stand and walk and mobility to move easily around entire property for entire shift.

Must be physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push pull carry and lift up to 30 lbs. and the ability to push pull reach bend twist stoop stack crouch kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces.

Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business.

I understand the Casino and its surrounding areas are under constant surveillance and that as an employee of Caesars Virginia I will be under that surveillance.
