JOB DESCRIPTION This role will support T. Rowe Prices Community Investment team as it navigates a time oftransition and prepares for and implements a shift in strategy. Community Investmentincorporates both the T. Rowe Price Foundation and Corporate Social Responsibility (e.g.volunteerism). This individual will contribute to special projects of varying size and complexity. Depending on the project they may take the lead or provide support on specific components. We are looking for someone who can adapt quickly and transition smoothly between projects in a dynamic fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for a service-minded solutions-focused individual who is organized eager to learn and collaborative by nature. To some degree the responsibilities will evolve as we identify how to best leverage this persons strengths and capabilities. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Project Management Support Community Investment (CI) leads a range of initiatives including a comprehensive Capacity-Building Program for nonprofit staff and team-building events for T. Rowe Price associates. This role will require both independent work and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to support projects at various stagesplanning design research coordination and implementation. The individual in this role will contribute to projects in multiple ways sometimes managing them from start to finish and other times supporting specific aspects. Examples of responsibilities include: Coordinating with nonprofit partners Assisting in selecting suitable activities Guiding associates through event setup posting and follow-up reporting Take ownership of some projects from start to finish while playing a more targeted role in others. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS An active problem solver who exhibits flexibility and an ability to re-assess and adjust projects and initiatives based on learnings and new information PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS BENEFITS TIMELINE AND COMPENSATION This is a one-year hybrid position- 3 days/office & 2 days remote. Salary: $60000 - $65000
