Job Description
**Job Summary:**
Humano is currently seeking 1st Shift Warehouse Associates / Freight Handlers in the Perris CA area for unloading tasks. This position involves manual unloading in teams without the use of heavy machinery requiring the ability to lift 20-50 pounds continuously. The typical work hours are Monday to Friday from 5:00am - 1:30pm or until the days work is completed.
**Qualifications:**
- Ability to lift 20-50 pounds regularly
- Prior experience in a warehouse or similar environment is a plus
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting
- Must live locally in California
**Responsibilities:**
- Unload freight manually in teams as part of daily operations
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment
- Work efficiently to maximize earnings with an average hourly rate of $23 (with a minimum of $17 per hour)
- Embrace a flexible schedule and be open to overtime opportunities
