Job Description
Oregon City Service Learning Academy is a small options high school serving students in Oregon City with innovative approaches to learning and a variety of pathways to high school completion.
Candidate Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid Oregon school counseling license.
- Enthusiasm for learning and implementing intervention strategies including: PBIS MTSS and culturally responsive teaching.
- Knowledge of Oregon diploma requirements college entrance requirements and scholarships.
- Knowledge of ASCA National School Counseling Model and implementation of school counseling standards and practices.
- Knowledge of the social and emotional needs of high school students.
- Knowledge of college career and post high school options and pathways for high school students.
- Interest in becoming involved in the OCSLA community

Oregon City is looking for diverse candidates that resemble the students we serve in our community.
This position is 1.0 FTE; 201 days per year.
