In this role you will be working as a Mechanical Engineer for a client that works in the design and manufacturing of plant growth chambers and controlled environment rooms. This position will be responsible for researching designing building and testing mechanical and thermal devices/systems to ensure safety standards are met.
This position is a contract to possible permanent role that is a long term need for my client. This role must be worked on-site with occasional local travel to client sites.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering required
- Experience with CFD & FEA simulations preferred
- Experience with HVAC design thermodynamics & TLC interface/design preferred
- Experience in AutoCAD & BIM 3D required
- Experience with layout drawing project testing and equipment sizing preferred
- Able to work with other engineers in the research development and production processes
