Job Summary
REPORTS TO: Senior Practice Manager
- Brief Position Overview: Hoping PIC can assist with scheduling patients in person and on the phone check-in/check out collect copay. Clerical work (scanning faxing copying etc.) Unpacking packages and assisting with stocking. I also have a couple of projects I would like someone to take on. Both involve inventory excel consolidation. Another project is transcription of policy documentation for both AUD and OTO departments.
- Desired Skill and Duties: Word Typing Excel skills preferred Attention to detail. Some type of hospitality background (babysitting working parttime job etc.) and a team player but also can work independently at times when given project with direction.
- Schedule: (hours and days):Flexible between 8am - 4pm M-F. Open daily or a couple times a week.
- On-site or hybrid: On-Site possible hybrid if they are good/can show progress with projects.
- Attire: Business Casual sneakers are fine.
