Description
- Escalates issues to Clinical Manager
- Functions as a scheduled Clinical Services team member within department(s)
- Collaborates with other departmentsregardingpatient and clientneeds
- Prioritizes and organizes workflows forshift
- Directly manages Clinical Services team members while on shift which includes but is not limited to:
- Manages early call-ins early departures call-offs sharing of resources breaks and lunches for teammembers
- Assigns team member responsibilities pershift
- Addresses process or employee issues during their shift
- Communicates schedule changes performance concerns and shift issues to the Clinical Managerroutinely
- Serves as first level responder to client concerns and drugescalations
- Trains and mentors new team members
- Provides input to Clinical Manager on team member performanceevaluations
- Participates in on-callresponsibilities
- Participates in management or administrative meeting(s)routinely
- Prior veterinary experiencerequiredpreviousemergency experiencedesired
- Proficient in calculations (drugs constant rate infusions unit conversions etc.)
- Flexibility with work hours and able to workadditionalhours whennecessary
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-pacedenvironment
