Job Summary
The Client-Dedicated Field Supervisor is responsible for overseeing a team of technicians ensuring the successful execution of projects and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. This role requires strong leadership skills excellent communication abilities and a deep understanding of project management principles.
This role is a 100% travel role projects may be anywhere in the United States.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Hiring Process
- Participate in the hiring process of all potential candidates
- Training
- Be the first point of contact for all training for new candidates and new clients
- Train all new hires on QuickBase and company expectations
- Performance
- Participate in all employees 90-day and annual performance reviews
- Field Team Support
- Provides technical support for field team
- Acts as Tier 1 escalation point for field team
- Project Documentation
- Document all necessary items for projects
- Lead train and manage a team of professionals providing guidance support and mentorship
- Develop and implement project plans ensuring timely and successful completion of deliverables
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to team members including participation in performance reviews
- Facilitate effective communication within the team and with other divisions
- Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise within the team
- Ensure adherence to company policies procedures and quality standards by holding employees account to adhere to the Companys Mission Vision and Values
- Conduct weekly team meetings to discuss progress challenges and opportunities
- Collaborate with senior management to align team goals with the company objectives
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve team performance
- Project Management & Client Interface
- Ability to act as on-site project lead and/or act as KR Wolfe interface with on-site client representatives and/or facility points-of-contact.
Qualification Standards
- Familiarity with relevant products and technologies
- Proven experience in a leadership role preferably as a Field Supervisor or similar position
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent soft-skills communication interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their best
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
- Client facing experience
Compensation and Benefits
$30.00 - $35.00 per hour
