Job Summary:
SPEECHCOM INC is seeking full-time California-Licensed Speech-Language Pathologists or Clinical Fellows to serve a school district near Elk Grove CA just South of Sacramento CA.
Rate of Pay: $60-$70 per hour W2 (depending on experience)
Hours: Full-time Maximum 37.5 hour work week

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of students speech and language abilities to identify needs and develop tailored intervention plans.
- Provide direct speech therapy services to students utilizing evidence-based practices to enhance communication skills.
- Collaborate with educators and parents to support students progress and integrate therapy goals into the classroom environment.
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy sessions ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Keeps current with professional literature and attends seminars on a regular basis to maintain and update professional skills (maintain CEUs for licensure).
