Your role and responsibilities

As our new Digital Care Operations Lead youll play a vital role in transforming adult social care through digital innovation. Youll lead the operational management of our Digital Care Team and the Cassius technology servicean award-winning initiative that uses cutting-edge digital devices to support independence and wellbeing.

In this role you will:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Cassius service ensuring smooth service delivery stock management and staffing levels aligned with referral volumes.
  • Manage the digital care budget monitor expenditure and oversee funding across initiatives beyond the core contract.
  • Champion change by embedding digital care solutions into social work practice and culture and provide clear communication and guidance to practitioners and managers.
  • Lead on savings methodology and benefit tracking escalating risks where necessary.
  • Provide operational oversight of digital care portfolio projects.
  • Line manage a dynamic team including Digital Practice Leads Digital Discharge Coordinators and the Cassius Operations Coordinator while supporting their development and cross-service collaboration.

You will need

  • Confidence managing budgets contracts and service performance.
  • A collaborative mindset and a drive to make a positive impact.
