Join Us in Supporting Nottinghams Care Leavers
Nottingham is a fast-growing vibrant city full of energy and potential. Our children and young people are at the heart of everything we do and while we face challenges like deprivation and inequality were proud of the vital work our teams do every day to protect and support them.
Our Childrens Integrated Services work together to improve childrens lived experiences keep children safe and help them to live healthy and happy lives.
Were excited to offer an opportunity to join our innovative Leaving Care Serviceas a Service Manager reporting to the Head of Service for Children in Care and Care Leavers.
This is a key leadership role working across our Childrens Integrated Services and with partner agencies to improve outcomes for young people transitioning from care.
This is a pivotal moment in our improvement journey offering the chance to shape services for care Care Leavers are some of our most vulnerable children. As such were looking for an experienced leader whos passionate about improving the lives of young people has high aspirations for their future and understands the unique challenges they face.
