What this job involves
- Ensuring a safer and more comfortable work environment.
- Planning and executing all preparations needed for meetings and conferences with clients and VIP visits.
- Overseeing the mailroom front office and housekeeping operations.
- Daily check-ins around the front office and lobby to maintain high standards.
- When you spot issues or complications you should quickly determine and implement the best solutions.
- Your input and ideas will be sought to help guide the team in improving facility performance.
- Vendor managementreviewing their services and coordinating with them to resolve any service issues.
Sound like you To apply you need to have
- Experience in facilities management
- Fluent in French good English knowledge
- Able to lead a team to success while also working effectively as a team member
- Able to initiate positive changes and follow through with them is essential for this role
- Knowledge of building systems and health and safety regulations
- Proficiency in facilities management software
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
