ABOUT THE ROLE
Were seeking a skilled Process Analyst to join our SIAM Onboarding Team. As a Process Analyst youll play a key role in reviewing analysing and refining processes to ensure they align with customer needs and industry best practices. Youll support the onboarding of both internal and external service providers of various sizes and be responsible for designing and running workshops focused on policies and processes within the SIAM framework and ServiceNow.
Your strong attention to detail will be essential as you monitor performance metrics produce insightful reports and identify areas for improvement. Working closely with the team and key stakeholders youll help implement agreed changes to optimise processes keeping everyone aligned and informed throughout.
Youll be joining a high-performing collaborative team so were after someone who is a self-starter resilient under pressure a strong team player and confident in managing stakeholders effectively.
This position is open to candidates based in Melbourne Canberra Brisbane or Sydney.
IF YOU WERE HERE YESTERDAY THESE ARE SOME OF THE THINGS YOU WOULD BE INVOLVED IN:
- Identifying and recommending process improvements aligned with best practices to drive customer and account outcomes.
- Contributing to the design and documentation of process workflows activities and responsibilities.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to drive process transformation including workshops training and mentoring.
- Collaborating with others to understand current processes and vision of the future state design end to end processes and ensuring business value of process activities.
- Executing the process ensuring activities are carried out as planned identifying and addressing issues with process execution.
KEEN TO GET INVOLVED YOULL JUST NEED SOME OF THE FOLLOWING:
- Required: Australian citizenship with a minimum AGSVA Baseline clearance or higher
- Strong understanding of the ITIL framework and SIAM foundations
- Demonstrated experience coordinating process execution in an ITIL-aligned IT Service Management environment
- Proven ability to interpret and apply best practice policies and procedures to ensure compliance
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Strong technical writing reporting and documentation capabilities
- A proactive self-starter who is resilient under pressure a collaborative team player and able to work independently
