The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.

Holman Motorcars is seeking a Luxury Brand Concierge to serve as the first point of contact for our clientele. This role is pivotal in delivering a premium experience that reflects the luxury and sophistication of our brands.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors with exceptional hospitality.
• Engage customers to understand their automotive preferences and needs and direct them to the appropriate departments - Sales Service or Parts.
• Maintain a polished and professional appearance.
• Foster strong relationships with customers and dealership staff.
• Assist the Sales Department with clerical duties.
• Answer calls promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate records of phone interactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in customer service preferably within a luxury or high-end retail environment.
• Proficiency in computer applications including CRM systems MS Word Excel and Outlook.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with our clientele.
• Experience in scheduling event planning and marketing coordination is a plus.
• A polished friendly demeanor with a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
