Were looking for a Performance Assurance Specialist to help uphold the highest standards in live gaming experiences. In this role you will evaluate the performance of presenters and assess gameplay quality ensuring a smooth engaging experience for users. Youll work closely with technical and operational teams to resolve performance issues and suggest improvements based on real-time feedback and observations.

Location: On-site - Sofia
Responsibilities:
As a Performance Assurance Specialist your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Analyze gameplay experiences and monitor player feedback.
- Collaborate with technical teams including engineering and AV to address and troubleshoot performance concerns.
- Compile performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.
- Monitor live streaming quality to ensure it meets internal standards.
- Maintain professional communication with team members and other departments.
- Identify potential training needs and support quality improvements.
- Take on additional related duties as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Familiarity with relevant tools systems and software.
- Knowledge of online gaming and game development processes is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Intermediate to advanced PC proficiency.
- Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail.
