About the role- eCommerce Assistant
Working closely with our eCommerce Lead you will be supporting the eCommerce & trade team members with the creation and maintenance of email marketing and onsite campaigns/updates. There is the opportunity to grow and develop within the business in this role.
The main responsibilities for our eCommerce Assistant role include but are not limited to:
Supporting the team with trade activities such as:
Building and scheduling marketing emails
Updating onsite assets
Building and scheduling on-site promotions
Ad hoc site updates such as updating static pages
Keeping all content section/s up to date
Being responsible for ensuring all translations needed for the trade plan are submitted and available ahead of
Supporting the eCommerce team with onsite updates and seasonal launches such as:
Onsite visual merchandising
Adhoc onsite product updates
Helping with onsite QA post activation go-live
Onsite price updates
Creating and updating Shopify product imports
Updating the relevant portals with up-to-date content
Gather data for weekly monthly and quarterly reporting

A starting salary of 25000
37.5 hour working week Monday-Friday
25 days holiday plus bank holidays

The ideal eCommerce Assistant will have some experience in digital marketing either through a degree or work experience. Some eCommerce exposure is a bonus. You will be a clear communicator enjoy working as part of a team with a high attention to detail and be able to adapt well with changing workload. Perhaps you might have experience as a Digital Marketing Assistant Digital Marketing Administrator eCommerce Assistant eCommerce Administrator or similar.
