Sage Connections is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and provide services within the school setting for the upcoming 25- 26 school year in a full-time role.

Position Details
- Caseload Type: Multiple caseloads available
- Age Range: K-12
- Hours per Week:hours/week
- Schedule: Monday Friday school hours
- Start & End Date: August 2025 - June 2026
- Onsite/Remote/Hybrid: Onsite may be some flexiblity for hybrid for the right fit
Responsibilities
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services in accordance with students IEPs
- Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers staff and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and service logs
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute to student goal planning
Qualifications
- Master s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- New Mexico Public Education Licensure in Speech and Language Pathologist
- ASHA CCC preferred; CFs considered with supervision available
- School-based experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
