Quality Management:
o Lead and manage the quality control team in monitoring the quality of inverters throughout the production process.
o Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards for inverter manufacturing.
o Review and approve the quality of incoming raw materials and components, ensuring they meet specifications.
o Conduct routine inspections and tests of inverters to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer expectations.
Process Improvement:
o Identify quality issues and work with cross-functional teams to resolve them.
o Analyze quality data, create reports, and recommend improvements to the production process.
o Collaborate with the R&D and production departments to develop strategies for reducing defects and improving product performance.
Team Leadership:
o Supervise a team of quality inspectors and provide training to ensure team proficiency in quality standards and testing methodologies.
o Develop and implement employee performance reviews and maintain morale within the team.
o Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality assurance protocols.
Documentation and Reporting:
o Maintain detailed records of quality inspections, test results, and non-conformance issues.
o Prepare and submit regular reports on quality metrics, defects, and corrective actions.
o Ensure compliance with ISO or other relevant standards and certifications.
Customer Support:
o Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of issues.
o Support the customer service team by providing quality-related insights on product performance.
Education: Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 5~7+ years of experience in quality control, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role in the electronics or inverter manufacturing industry.
Technical Skills:
o Strong understanding of inverter technologies, testing procedures, and electrical/electronic components.
o Experience with quality standards such as ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks.
o Familiarity with testing equipment and software tools for quality analysis.
Full Time
