Job Description

Job Summary
The E-Learning Interaction Developer at the Staff Analyst level will play a crucial role in the creation and development of interactive e-learning modules ensuring they are engaging pedagogically sound and technically robust. This position focuses on the design development and integration of interactive learning elements leveraging tools and technologies to create immersive and effective learning experiences. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in both instructional design principles and technical development skills to build interactive and responsive e-learning content.


Reporting Relationship

Reports to: Primarily to Senior Associate Instructional Design. May also work with a manager or partner on certain Engagements

Requirements


Bachelors degree in Educational Technology Multimedia Design Computer Science or related field.

2 years of experience developing interactive e-learning content.

Proficiency in tools such as Articulate Storyline Adobe Captivate Lectora or similar.

Familiarity with LMS standards (SCORM xAPI AICC) HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript (preferred).

Understanding of UI/UX principles and accessibility guidelines.
