Excellent verbal and listening skills to communicate with customers effectively and build rapport
Proven ability to sell credit products and services to customers meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong understanding of credit products and services including features benefits and risks.
Ability to manage time effectively prioritizing calls and meeting sales targets.
Ability to provide excellent customer service handling customer complaints and issues professionally.
Ability to speak and understand Hausa (compulsory)
HND or BSc in Marketing or Sales Business Administration
