Assisting the departmental management with preparation of records reports and compiling relevant data for forecasting of resource allocation.
Collecting and analysing relevant departmental data present and interpret in meaningful manner to help to optimize the operations of the department.
Assisting to ensure office operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
Minimum undergraduate degree from recognized institute MBA would be a definite advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint).
Excellent communication (English) and interpersonal skills.
Minimum 4 years of experience in similar capacity.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
