Requirements

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to manage and support our organizations IT infrastructure ensure the seamless operation of our systems and provide technical assistance to end users. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network security cloud resource management and IT equipment handling as well as experience in supporting diverse operating systems and software platforms.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support VPN access for remote users troubleshoot connectivity issues and ensure secure and stable VPN operations.
  • Configure and manage firewalls to enhance network security and optimize performance.
  • Administer user accounts and enforce password policies.
  • Assist users with password resets and account access issues.
  • Software Updates and Endpoint Management.
  • Manage and support all software patch releases and updates.
  • Possess knowledge or experience in Zoho Endpoint management.
  • Manage user accounts and resources in cloud platforms including Azure and AWS.
  • Create and maintain IT documentation user guides and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Provide hardware and software support across multiple platforms including Windows Mac and Linux.
  • IT Equipment Management: Handle procurement inventory and maintenance of IT equipment.
  • Communicate effectively in English both written and spoken.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in managing RingCentral and Office 365 environments.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Technology () or equivalent.
  • 4-6 years of experience in IT support and network administration.
  • Strong knowledge of VPN firewall configurations and network security.
  • Familiarity with Zoho Endpoint management and cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.
  • Hands-on experience with hardware/software support for Windows Mac and Linux.
  • Office 365 administration
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience in handling IT procurement and managing IT assets.
  • Proficiency in Zoho Desk and RingCentral is a plus.
