Requirements


We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Recruiter (Offshore) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting for Information Technology positions in the United States. This role requires excellent communication skills a deep understanding of the IT industry and the ability to identify and attract top talent.


Responsibilities:

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for entire Recruitment lifecycle for India region right from searching/sourcing and screening resumes coordinating and conducting interviews.
  • Identification of the best sourcing methodologies according to the position through Job portals such as Candidate reference Database Networking LinkedIn head Hunting etc. and able to work under pressure and high-volume environment quotas.
  • Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the companys hiring needs for every role and to meet competitive hiring goals and expectations.
  • Responsible for negotiation paperwork validation and closing on candidates for assigned requisitions.
  • Maintaining Candidate relation on the progress of submittals made Interview Coordination.
  • Maintaining data integrity in our ATS to report on recruitment data.
  • Proven ability to successfully identify and qualify a diverse pool of technical candidates through LinkedIn resume reviews and other creative sourcing methods.
  • Manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously prioritizing tasks based on client requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide them with qualified candidates who meet those needs.
  • Ensure timely communication with both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in human resources Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT recruitment preferably in a US-based firm.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with clients effectively candidates and team members.
  • Proven experience in handling client calls and managing client relationships.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • In-depth knowledge of the IT job market including the latest technologies skill sets and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
