Shifts needed to be filled:

- Augor 13-15

- Sep 19

- Oct 16-17

- Nov

- Dec 4-5

- Dec 25-Jan 2

- Jan 16-23

Shift/Call Schedule: TBD; 15 clinic days/month

Patient Volume: 10-15 visits per provider (25 total)

Support Staff: 2 RNs 3 Office Staff

- on-site Dosimetry

Procedures/Duties:

- EBRT: Linear Accelator VMAT Electrons Orthovoltage

- Techniques: Conventional IMRT IGRT SBRT SRS

- Hyper Altered Fractionation

- Treatment Planning:

- Conventional Beam Shaping

- 3D CRT IMRT PET CT EPI Clinical Trials

- Chart Rounds Tumor Boards (Thurs)

Trauma Level: II

EMR: Epic/Aria

Hospital Privileges required: Yes

Temporary Privileges available: Yes

Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

Active MN License or IMLC
