Job Description
Job Title: Forklift Operator
Pay: $20.68/hour
Hours: Monday Thursday 5:00 AM 3:30 PM (Some Fridays required)
Location: Tulsa OK
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to join our team in Tulsa. This position plays a key role in moving raw and finished materials through various stages of production. Candidates must have a valid drivers license and at least 2 years of experience operating both sit-down and stand-up forklifts.
Essential Functions

Follow all company safety rules and policies
Maintain inventory of raw materials (e.g. frame parts I-beams) including unloading delivery vehicles
Complete and manage necessary paperwork at the time of material receipt
Move raw materials through the production area
Move chassis through production and into holding coating or drying areas
Maintain the exterior yard (e.g. plowing grading)
Rotate into production team roles as needed
Assist with equipment repairs when necessary
Preferred Education & Experience
High school diploma or GED preferred
Valid lift truck operators license preferred (training available)
Required Competencies
Ability to work collaboratively within a team to meet company goals
Clear verbal and written communication skills (English required)
Ability to read and interpret work orders delivery receipts frame prints and measurements
Meet production deadlines and project goals
Work independently with minimal supervision
Operate lift trucks tractors and related equipment
Use tools such as radios stabilization devices and tape measures
Physically lift and maneuver over 50 pounds
Demonstrated problem-solving and organizational skills
Professionalism tact and diplomacy in team and customer interactions
Ability to work in physically and mentally demanding conditions
Adaptability to changing tasks and daily priorities
Capable of working in extreme weather conditions
