We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Data Entry Customer Service representative. This role involves managing and inputting customer data accurately addressing inquiries and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our customer service and data management teams to ensure seamless operations and support our commitment to quality service.

Responsibilities

  • Input and verify customer data with a high degree of accuracy.

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email providing timely and professional support.

  • Maintain and update customer records in our database systems.

  • Collaborate with team members to resolve any data discrepancies or customer issues.

  • Prepare regular reports and assist with data analysis as required.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and data protection regulations.


Qualifications :

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in data entry or customer service is preferred.

  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with database management.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in data management are a plus.
