We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Advertising Coordinator to support the planning execution and management of advertising campaigns. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of marketing principles keen attention to detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating and executing advertising campaigns across multiple platforms
Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop effective advertising materials
Monitor campaign performance and generate reports for internal review
Maintain project schedules and ensure timely delivery of assets
Communicate with vendors and media outlets regarding ad placement and specifications
Manage advertising budgets and invoices with accuracy
Support market research and competitor analysis activities
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing Advertising Communications or related field
1-2 years of experience in advertising marketing or a related role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
