Your role your impact
Looking for a rewarding career in early childhood intervention Each is seeking an experienced Early Years Specialist to join our diverse team of Allied Health professionals Social Workers and Inclusive Education specialists.
In this role youll:
Partner with families to deliver meaningful supports that help them achieve their goals using evidence-informed best practices in early childhood intervention.
Use assessments observations and a strong understanding of child development from 09 years to tailor support options that suit each child and familys unique needs.
Empower families caregivers and educators by coaching them to build skills and confidence in supporting children in their everyday routines.
Work collaboratively with families to strengthen childrens inclusion and participation in the community early learning settings and other chosen environments.
Keep clear and detailed records of conversations developmental progress and family goals in the NDIA business system.
Support families as they navigate the application implementation and funding processes of NDIS plans.
Were particularly keen to hear from candidates who have worked in specialist early childhood settings or SSP (Schools for Specific Purposes) and who demonstrate a sound understanding of developmental milestones in early childhood.

Who were looking for
A degree qualification in Early Childhood
Expert knowledge in child development and the ability to identify developmental issues.
Proven track record supporting families and children with developmental delays/disabilities including the implementation of effective strategies for families to practice at home and other settings.
Comprehensive knowledge of the NDIS Early Childhood Approach and early childhood intervention best practice principles and the National Disability Insurance Scheme
