Job Description
Job Title: Release and Change Manager
Location: Chicago IL - Onsite
Type: Contract
Required skills:
Plan coordinate and manage production application releases and changes lifecycle knowledge. Interaction with development QA operations infrastructure and business teams experience.
Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps practices
Release management tools (e.g. Jenkins GitLab Azure DevOps)
Expertise with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools like ServiceNow Remedy or Jira.
Understanding of VCS systems such as Git as well as (CI/CD) methodologies and AWS knowledge required.
Nice to have skills:
Relevant certifications (e.g. ITIL Certification Certified Release Manager) are preferred
Minimum: Expertise in Production Release of cloud applications ITSM tools (Service Now) and CI/CD framework and tools experience.
