Job Description

Coffman Engineers is seeking a highly skilled self-motivated technically minded Civil Engineer (five to eight years) with an interest in Alternative / Renewable Energy to join our team in applying engineering skills to challenging projects. The successful candidate will be an outgoing enthusiastic self-starter with a desire to work and grow with a multidiscipline engineering team and be willing to have fun!
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering.
- Current registration as a Civil Professional Engineer (PE) required.
- WA state PE preferred
- Five to eight years of professional engineering experience with design permitting and construction assistance in a variety of market sectors related to site development.
- Experience with hydrologic and hydraulic calculations; technical studies; and preparation of public improvement grading storm water management and utility plans.
- Experience in coordinating with a multi-discipline design team.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Working with counterparts in other offices to share workload when required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- A positive can-do-attitude.
Expected annual salary of $90000-$103000
