Join the Corporate Affairs Graduate Programme and gain the essential experience and skills to excel at L&G. Youll start with a cohort of graduates across the Group (Asset Management Retail and Institutional Retirement) giving you insights into our business and helping you build a strong professional network.
Over a two-year programme youll rotate across four teams within Corporate Affairs:
Through this rotation you will gain a comprehensive range of experiences across these complementary corporate affairs functions. By the end of the programme wed expect you to have a clear vision of where your interests skills and experience can take you within L&G.
In this full-time role youll receive on-the-job training and coaching from your line manager and the teams within which you work enhancing your business acumen learning a wide range of skills and gaining exposure to the broader Corporate Affairs function.
During the programme you will spend time in:
External Communications team: Our External Communications team amplifies L&Gs work to the outside world predominantly through the media. This supports growth strengthens market confidence in our strategy and encourages long-term value creation all while protecting L&Gs reputation. In this team you will:
Public Affairs and Policy team: Our Public Affairs and Policy team work with political stakeholders to shape and enhance our potential on the national and even international stages. The team aims to support policy decisions that help L&G to grow and benefit our customers and protect L&Gs license to operate. In this team you will:
Brand team: Our Brand team brings L&G to life managing the development and refinement of our look and feel our voice and our style. Ensuring the brand is aligned and representative of our business strategy. This will include:
Employee Communications team: Our Employee Communications team facilitates better business outcomes by motivating and inspiring our people. In the Employee Communications team you will:
