Job Description

Were recruiting for a Regulatory Reporting Senior Technical ESG Analyst to join us. 

This role is key to ensuring our ESG reporting processes are robust scalable and aligned with evolving global standards. Youll work closely with teams across Data Compliance ESG and Technology to deliver high-quality transparent reporting solutions.

What youll be doing:

  • Leading ESG regulatory reporting initiatives and supporting solution design
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and accessibility
  • Investigating and resolving complex reporting issues
  • Driving automation and continuous improvement in ESG reporting processes
  • Supporting the transition of projects into BAU operations in Hove
  • Monitoring regulatory developments and contributing to industry discussions
  • Enhancing governance and data enrichment across reporting workflows
  • Partnering with stakeholders to deliver compliant and efficient reporting solutions

Qualifications :

  • Demonstrating a solid understanding of ESG and regulatory reporting
  • Building effective relationships across diverse teams and functions
  • Communicating complex information clearly and concisely
  • Applying advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Handling large datasets confidently with strong Excel and SQL skills
  • Identifying issues proposing solutions and driving resolution effectively
